The Circus marquee		 Back
The largest, most modern and most expensive circus marquee of the present can be described
adequately only in superlatives. The special model with a diameter of 48 x 64 metres and
an height of the dome of 14 metres had costed more than a million German Marks. Solely the
roof consists of 30 parts and covers an area of 3.000 square metres.

After the set-up the colossal marquee offers room for 5.000 spectators. 
Four 20 m high steel masts, four steel grid auxiliary masts, 120 storm- and round tower bars 
as well as 250 iron anchors care for the necessary security even at the most violent storms, too.
The gigantic mechanical design of the Marquee
The gigantic marqee is mounted in less than a day complete with seat facilities, manège, show stage, 
light- and tone direction: readily to perform, officially carried out and polished until gloss.
High standards have been established also in the area of the light engineering. About 140 solid 
installed headlights, as well as eight "Golden Scans", care for the various light atmospheres during 
the individual numbers. Four "pursuers" are putting the Artistes and Animalsinto the right light. 
In addition, UV lamps and pyrotechnic facilities are providing gloriously colourful elements.

The tone symphony of his big band,
made especially for Circus Krone,
has been produced in the recording
studio in optimal quality.

tone systems at the market.
