With most operating systems & browses, the virtual tour is immediately displayed. All modern browsers are Java compliant. In some cases however, Javascript/Java(TM) must be adjusted (1) or installed (2).

Solution 1
|
Activate JavaScript & Java(TM) on your browser, as per example, Internet Explorer from Microsoft:
Click "Tools" --> "Internet Options"
Select the Advanced Tab, and scroll down to "Java (Sun)", Check the box next to the Java version
Next, select the Security Tab, and select the "Custom Level" button
Scroll down to "Scripting of Java applets"
Make sure the "Enable" radio button is checked.
Click OK to save your preference.
Java is not installed on the computer, if these adjustment options are missing. Ensure this is the case before continuing with solution 2.

Install the original Java Plug in from Sun Microsystems. You will find the free software here:
http://www.java.com/
Follow the instructions on the page.
