MALTE KNAPP
(Sweden / in Munich for the first time)
On your bikes, ready, go!

Malte Knapp He moves safer on his bike them then
most of us on two legs. Mini-, midi-, maxi-
or high- cycle, it doesn't matter to him.
Any unicycle he controls masterfully.
Even an zick-zack-cycle he creative
learned to control, and the smallest bike
in the world looks good on him.

His perfect footwork and his furious balance
technique will make you want to see more.
Climbing stairs on a bike, rope skipping and
a round without a saddle is for him a case
of honour.
A man - a bike. One must have seen him.

LES ANTARES
(France, England / in Munich for the first time)
Intergalactic acts on a rotating aeroplane

The winners of the 'silver clown' in Monte-Carlo fascinate
12 meter high above the ground with spectacular act on a rotating aeroplane.
Saults, jumps and hand tricks alternate at great pace. Daring falls with a pirouette,
without any security, will make the hands sweat in the safe "down".
Les Antares
The risky rotations with teeth, tows and heels on the
rotating trapeze absolutely deserve the label "sensational".
It's good to know that after the landing, there will be a safe happy-end.

ANATOLI JOUKOV & JOULIA
(Russian / in Munich for the first time)
Dangerous fire and fakir games

Anatoli Joukov
He plays with fire and this he does
with success. During his exiting
1001-night fakir show it gets hot.
Meter high fire clouds he sends into
the circus sky and as a fire-eater
invulnerable.
With his impressive breathing
technique he brings us back to the
early years of circus and demonstrates
as a living "fire and water fountain"
how well flames taste.

No wonder, taking into account that
his daily food consists of gas, kerosene,
methylated spirits and petroleum.

Karah Kharak
He has the rare ability to "hypnotise" giant crocodiles
and strangling snakes in a manner that these dangerous reptiles
at one move of his hand seem to play dead and stay that way until
their lord and master brings them back to live.
Karah Kharak Karah Kharak
The "jungle gladiator" can even put his head
into an open mouth of a crocodile, 80 razor sharp teeth
en 3.5 tons bite strength. Nothing for weak nerves!

keeping the audience with their
aerial tricks out of breath.

All this with a woman as the catcher.
She has a firm grip on her partner.
Concentrated up into her fingertips
these power women conjure up
most fascinating pictures into the
circus sky and present an
aerial show filled with

THE KALININ-TROUPE
(Russian / in Munich for the first time)
The high art of wire jumping

In their second performance the seven exceptional artists from
Moscow proof that jumping the wire is (not) a piece of cake.
Kalinin-Truppe
On 12-meter long wires they show a variety of jumps
in al possible and impossible body-positions, using a dash
of slapstick. Individual and in couples, upright and in push up position,
doing a handstand or even three man high, they transform an ancient
game to an truly space filling art in their colourful folkloric costumes.

Dance on the edge of the knife

He surprises the Krone audience with
an expressional sword dance from his
