Circus Krone places high requirements not only on its artists, but also on the care and attention given to its four-legged artists. The implementation of practices to ensure a high standard of animal care has earned Circus Krone the "Goldenen Ehrennadel" from the Munich Animal Protection Society. In a time, in which exotic animals living in the "wild" are being expelled from their natural environment, it is an obligation for us to give them a fitting habitat. For example, the extermination of the Siberian tiger was prevented only through the strict adherence of a breeding plan of Dr. Schneider of the Leipzig Zoo. Soon it will also be urgently necessary to breed elephants in circuses and zoos. Circus Krone acquires only animals born in captivity. |
